T.Loop Establishes Sustainability Advisory Board with Four Prominent Business Leaders

T.Loop Sustainability Advisory Board with Jonas Roupé, Christina Carlmark, Hanna Setterberg och Pernilla Ramslöv

T.Loop has formed a Sustainability Advisory Board comprised of four prominent business leaders: Pernilla Ramslöv, Jonas Roupé, Hanna Setterberg, and Christina Carlmark. All four members bring deep expertise in sustainable business practices.

"I asked, and they said yes! I truly have my Dream Team for the Sustainability Advisory Board," said Cecilia Hjertzell, Chief Sustainability & Marketing Officer at T.Loop.

Being an impact company carries significant responsibility. Sustainability is a complex issue, as evidenced by numerous examples of companies striving to do the right thing, only to have their actions backfire. T.Loop's Sustainability Advisory Board will support the company in navigating these challenges. Key issues to be addressed include ensuring that T.Loop is making the right impact, strengthening planetary boundaries, and protecting a climate-stressed world.

"Together, the group possesses immense competence in the sustainability field, covering laws and regulations, financial sustainability, sustainable business practices, and a global perspective. There's a risk that sustainability issues get confined to reporting, but it's in strategy where change happens, and that's why we at T.Loop seek help to constantly raise our perspective," Cecilia added.

Pernilla Ramslöv, CEO and founder of Nox Consulting, has received numerous prestigious awards for her leadership and business acumen, such as CEO of the Year, Sweden's Most Powerful Female Entrepreneur, and Female Rising Star of the Year. She is passionate about sustainability in IT, having founded the CIOCO2 network and serving on the board of Foxway Group, which shares T.Loop’s circular business model for hardware.

Jonas Roupé has a background in strategy and business development at companies like Ericsson and Telia. He is one of the founders of the highly successful network End Ecocide Sweden and was recently the chairman of the circular business network Cradlenet. Jonas has worked closely with decision-making around the EU's Green Deal.

"Of course, one wants to support a digital cutting-edge company that strengthens its customers' - and society's - resilience while reducing climate impact as T.Loop grows," said Jonas Roupé.

Christina Carlmark has been a global KAM at We Don’t Have Time, the world's largest platform for climate dialogue, for three years. Prior to that, she had a long career at Telia Company, including roles as the company's first sustainability manager, marketing manager for the rollout of broadband, and IT manager for automation and self-service. Christina has been trained in climate by Al Gore and is currently the Nordic coordinator for all those who have undergone this Climate Reality training. She has also served on the board of Det Naturliga Steget.

Hanna Setterberg holds a Ph.D. in accounting and finance from the Stockholm School of Economics. She is currently an affiliated researcher at the Mistra Center for Sustainable Markets (Misum) at the Stockholm School of Economics and at ESMT Berlin. Her research focuses on integrating sustainability into financial decisions within companies and the financial market. Hanna is a valued teacher in executive and board training in areas such as sustainability reporting (CSRD), sustainable finance, and sustainable business strategy. She also supports companies as an advisor through her own firm.

"I was incredibly happy to be asked to join T.Loop's Sustainability Advisory Board! It's a very exciting company with great potential, and I look forward to being part of the journey," said Hanna Setterberg.
