About Us
How data centers are built, used and integrated into societies energy infrastructure matters big time for the planet and the people of the planet.
T.Loop is bringing a new energy approach to data centers, or Data Energy Centers® as we prefer to say.
Data Energy Centers®
T.Loop designs, build and operate Data Energy Centers®. Our Data Energy Centers® are realized “on the edge” in buildings with heating needs that match with Data Energy Center®’s excess heat. The operation of the Data Energy Center® is owned by T.Loop.
The end users of our Data Energy Centers® are clients with high density needs such as HPC, ML, IoT, 5G and blockchain. Close collaborators are progressive property owners looking to lower carbon emissions in their portfolios and enlightened energy companies that want peak shaving, grid balancing and recipients of excess heat.
Simultaneously, soaring energy costs and mounting pressure on power grids pose substantial threats, making them increasingly fragile. This fragility extends beyond energy concerns, impacting regional security and societal stability, thus underscoring the gravity of the situation.
Data centers not only frequently produce excess heat but also serve as a prime illustration of underutilized infrastructure capacity. This implies that the considerable investments made by data center owners today are utilized for only a fraction of the time, whereas they could contribute significantly to supporting local energy grids.
The construction, operation, and integration of data centers into the energy infrastructure of communities hold immense importance for both the planet and its inhabitants.
T.Loop is spearheading a fresh energy approach for data centers, or as we prefer to call them, Data Energy Centers®.
T.Loop Vision
We find ourselves at the heart of an imminent climate crisis, which compels all industries to swiftly metamorphose into more environmentally responsible entities. Alarming forecasts predict that data centers will consume a staggering 20% of the world's total power supply by 2030.
Among the most environmentally burdensome sectors, data centers bear the brunt of this environmental challenge due to their substantial electricity consumption and the pervasive inefficiencies in their cooling solutions. Most notably, the energy wastage resulting from the heat generated by servers exacerbates this issue.

The T.Loop Commitment
We believe that data centers can and should be generating less carbon emissions per byte than it is today. Every player in the data center chain, from hardware manufacturers to the data center customer, should be taking responsibility for their potential to upgrade energy efficiency.
We believe that data centers can and should be perceived as a circular unit and energy source for properties.
We believe that data centers can and should drive more flexibility in our common energy infrastructure.
We believe that the co-location and hosting providers should be more transparent with their actual energy consumption and climate footprint. Transparency breeds potential for actual understanding among data center clients and therefore demand of rapid industry change.
We believe that regenerative Data Energy Centers® are the standard of the future.
T.Loop commit to drive this change for our own partners and clients, but also in the public opinion, the industry and in international standard policy.
At T.Loop, our dedicated team brings together a wealth of expertise drawn from various domains, encompassing the energy sector, data center management, property energy management, sustainability, entrepreneurship, investor relations, scalability, societal and behavioral change, concept development, as well as sales and marketing. With this collective experience, our primary focus is to serve our customers and adeptly transition the T.Loop concept into a tangible and impactful reality.
