Caroline Lindström joins a growing T.Loop as Head of People & Culture.

T.Loop recruits Caroline Lindström for the role of Head of People & Culture. Caroline has a background working broadly at the intersection of investors, owners, boards, and executive teams in growth companies, as an advisor and partner in executive search. She most recently comes from Darow where she was responsible for executive recruitment, team assessments within the due diligence process for acquisitions, and organizational consulting.

She has worked with executive recruitment both during and after her studies in economics and labor law at Uppsala University, from which she holds a B.Sc. in Human Resource Management and Business Administration. Caroline assumed her position on April 10.
