T.Loop DEC001 is coming to life

Data Energy Center Construction

We’ve gone from vision to drawing board to physical walls to data center infrastructure now starting to be installed!

Togheter with carefully selected partners we ensure that our designs and infrastructure are state-of-the-art and robust.
The site will be prepared for 3 x 50 kW available power for high performance computing with extended UPS back-up time.

Anna Wikström, Data Energy Center® manager at T.Loop

We spoke with T.Loops project manager Anna Wikström about the status of the project to complete T.Loops Data Energy Center, which will be inaugurated on October 1, 2023.

Hi Anna! I understand there is a lot to do?
– Yes, it has been an intense period when we transitioned from construction to installation.

What is happening right now?
– We are currently doing plumbing work and are in the final stages of the ventilation installation. Also, our first UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) arrived on site the other day and will be installed as the electrical work is completed and tested.

Have there been any specific difficulties/challenges in the build?
– Not really. It has mostly been about delivery times of materials which, to a lesser extent, entailed a risk of delaying the project delivery. The installers have been readily available and very cooperative.

Will the timeline be met?
– Yes, I assume so. No one in their right mind would promise an exact delivery date, but in this project, I have strong confidence that we will be ready by October 1.
