Ture “Duke” Aschan joins T.Loop as Senior Sales Executive amid exciting expansion phase

“This is a major step forward for T.Loop,” says Joakim Ruud, Chief Commercial Officer. “We’re entering an exciting phase of growth, and Duke’s extensive expertise in colocation is crucial for our expansion and building a robust sales organization for the future.

 Duke is a Swedish-Canadian, born and raised in Canada, who moved to Sweden for his university studies. After earning a degree in International Business from Uppsala University, he pursued further studies in Grenoble, which led to a position at Netsize, a French company operating in Sweden. Duke then started his own company, NextStep AB, representing the Tritton brand,  known for manufacturing top-end gaming accessories.

His journey into the colocation industry began after a dinner conversation with a new acquaintance, who asked if Duke would consider joining Interxion (now Digital Realty) in a sales role. Most recently, Duke held the role of Sales Director for Sweden and Europe West at atNorth.

Duke holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Uppsala University, with secondary studies in Swedish Trade Law and a passion for theoretical physics (and hockey).

Duke assumed his position on August 19th.
